Technical description:

MB-59S - Window and door system with thermal insulation

The MB-59S system is designed to provide external components that require thermal and acoustic insulation such as various types of windows, doors, vestibules, sites, etc.
The structural depth of the window sections is 50 mm for the frame and 59 mm for sashes. The external surfaces of these sections are on a single plane. The structural depth of door sections for both door frames and leaves is 50 mm. The effect of the leaves faced with the door frame is thus obtained from both the inside and the outside.

Almost all window and door sections have a three-chamber design, where the central chamber is an insulating chamber placed between thermal inserts. Thanks to this solution, we managed to achieve slender, economical and rigid profiles. The thermal interlining system allows the use of two-color profiles – different on the inside and outside the facade. The MB-59S system uses profiled, omega-shaped, glass fiber reinforced polyamide spacers. Such shape of the inserts guarantees very good thermal insulation and proper dehydration of internal profile chambers.
Fillings in window sashes can be from 4.5 mm to 40.5 mm thick, in doors, windows and solid windows: from 4.5 mm to 31.5 mm.

One of the main advantages of the MB-59S system is great flexibility in choosing the hardware and method of fixing. The design of door profiles, thanks to the application of special grooves, allows fixing various types of hinges without treatment, eg.‘groove fitted’ hinges as well as catches and bolts. Doors can also be fitted with traditionally fixed surface hinges. Window profiles have profiled grooves of especially adjusted dimensions that enable the application of multi-point lock fittings and connectors conforming to the EURO standard, both for aluminum and plastic windows. These solutions enable application of fittings produced by most reputable companies.

Another important feature of the presented construction is the possibility to bend profiles and perform various types of arches and arch constructions.

The MB-59S system enables preparation of windows with traditional opening method such as: hopping, tilting, turning, tilting-turning or tilting-and-sliding windows as well as it is a basis for such constructions as MB-59S Casement windows which are opened towards the outside, MB-59S Pivot rotary windows and MB-59SE economic doors. Most of these designs are also available in versions with increased thermal insulation.
