MB-SG50 – structural facade

The MB-SG50 system enables constructing and producing lightweight curtain walls both suspended and filled type, roofs, skylights and it is intended for use in general construction facilities.

The MB-SG50's support structure is based on a  post and beam aluminum grate made of 50mm wide profiles. The beams are fastened to the posts in an overlapping manner, allowing for different mounting methods.

Attention to the aesthetic values and lightness of the construction: the fillings are only 16 mm away from each other, the visible width of the profiles from the inside of the room is only 85mm. Due to the similar structure of the posts and beams, the appearance of the wall that we obtain from the interior of the room is identical to the MB-SR50 profile system, so that both walls can be installed next to eachother. This compatibility also translates into the use of identical or similar accessories to connect and assemble individual parts and significantly reduces construction costs.

The system provides the opportunity to mechanically secure the external glazing continuously and in corner points of the kit according to individual requirements. An important feature of the MB-SG50 system is also the lateral mounting of aluminum frames, which makes it possible to install full-wall non-transparent panels.
