Technical description:
MB-78EI DPA automatic fire resistant sliping doors in class EI15, EI30
The MB-78 EI DPA system is used for the construction of fire resistant partition walls with automatically sliding single and double leaf doors in the fire resistance class EI15 or EI30. It is based on the popular and most widely used MB-78EI system from which most components come from - it is based on three-chamber aluminum profiles with the constructional depth of 78 mm with a thermal gap of 34 mm. In the inner chambers of the profiles as well as in the insulating spaces between the profiles there are fire insulation elements, and on the external surfaces there are additional insulating elements and swelling tapes. In this system it is possible to use on-pane mullions. The construction technology is analogical to the base system, similarly to MB-78EI fire resistance indexes of doors and door panels have been retained from both the inside and the outside.
In MB-78 EI DPA constructions it is possible to apply drives designed to handle high loads manufactured by renowned producers can be used by reputable manufacturers. The sliding door drive can be mounted to the system wall and to the wall as well
The maximum dimensions of the construction in the light of the passage are:
• 1-leaf and 2-leaf doors: up to 2450 mm.
• 1-leaf door width: up to 1100 mm.
• 2-leaf door width: up to 2125 mm.
The MB-78EI DPA system is covered by ITB Technical Approval No. AT-15-6006 / 2012
