MB-86 ALUPROF

Technical description:

MB-86 - Window and door system with thermal insulation

The MB-86 window and door system is a very good product that can meet diverse needs of users. The construction of its sections has 3 options depending on the requirements of thermal energy savings: ST, SI and AERO. The MB-86 is the world's first aluminum window and door system, using an airgel - a material with excellent thermal insulation values. The advantages of the MB-86 system also include high strength of the profile, allowing for construction of large dimensions and heavy elements.

Features that affect the functionality and aesthetics of MB-86 constructions:
• wide spaced thermal separators with a new shape, allowing the use of an additional barrier in the insulation zone of profiles
• a two-component central seal perfectly seals and thermally insulates the space between the sash and the frame.
• Wide range of sections guarantees required aesthetics and strength of the structure
• Glazing strips with additional sealing, available in three options: Standard, Prestige and Style
• Profile shapes designed to assemble different types of multi-point lock fittings including hidden hinges
• Wide range of glazing allows all types of glass to be used, including double chamber, acoustic or anti-burglar types.
• profile drainage available in two options: traditional or hidden
